purchases paid for on-line are sent out within 7-14 working days after payment received. Purchases paid for by cheque are sent out within 24 hours of confirmation of clearance of cheque by bank and within 7-14 working days after payment is confirmed as cleared.

in the case of a need to cancel an order, notification should be emailed within 24 hours of submission of order. If payment has been taken for straight purchase a refund will be made. If work has already begun on the personalisation (embroidery) of product, then the cost of the embroidery will be refunded, but not the cost of the product which we are unable to re-sell.

in the case of returns, items should be returned within 14 days of despatch from Tink Manufacturing Limited - full refund will be paid only to non-damaged goods, and proof of postage will be required.

all non-UK on-line orders are charged at the equivalent of £3.90 per item (this includes gift box, outer box and postage).

all goods conform to European Standard EN71 and are quality tested before despatch from the Tink Manufacturing Limited.

all designs and product format of Tink Manufacturing Limited are patented and backed by four years of research. Copy of the Tink Manufacturing Limited format is strictly forbidden, and will be vigorously enforced through legal channels.

Tink Manufacturing Limited accept no liability for inappropriate use of their products. Product care instructions are included with each item, and should be followed closely.
