Terms and conditions

Purchases paid for on-line are sent out within 7-14 working days after payment received. Purchases paid for by cheque are sent out within 24 hours of confirmation of clearance of cheque by bank and within 7-14 working days after payment is confirmed as cleared. Payment for orders is automatically taken at point of order to reserve product.

In the case of a need to cancel an order, notification should be emailed within 24 hours of submission of order. If payment has been taken for straight purchase a refund will be made. If work has already begun on the personalisation (embroidery) of product, then the cost of the embroidery will be refunded, but not the cost of the product which we are unable to re-sell.

In the case of returns, items should be returned within 14 days of despatch from Tink Manufacturing Limited - full refund will be paid only to non-damaged goods, and proof of postage will be required.

Carriage for UK on-line orders are charged at £3.50 per order, and at £6.00 for all non-UK on-line orders (this includes gift box, outer box and postage). These prices are in line with the Royal Mail postage standard costs for the UK and ROW as of 1 April 2009. We offer the option for Recorded or Special delivery which should be requested specifically by the consumer - this can be paid for in addition to postage costs as quoted. We do not take responsibility for non delivery of goods by Royal Mail - and we cannot trace goods once they have been shipped from our offices if they have not been sent by Recorded or Special Delivery . We keep a log book of shipments made on a daily basis, and get a Certificate of Posting from The Post Office for everything we send out. We also monitor quantities of stock in house which corresponds with goods in and out of our warehouse. Once the product has been purchased and carriage specified by the consumer, the product no longer remains the property of Tink Manufacturing Ltd and therefore the Company is not liable for the product. All goods conform to European Standard EN71 and are quality tested before despatch from the Tink Manufacturing Limited.

All designs and product format of Tink Manufacturing Limited are patented and backed by four years of research. Copy of the Tink Manufacturing Limited format is strictly forbidden, and will be vigorously enforced through legal channels.

Tink Manufacturing Limited accept no liability for inappropriate use or loss in transit of their products. Product care instructions are included with each item, and should be followed closely.
